Housing Corporation TypeScript PlaywrightBuilt an automated pipeline from OpenAPI specification to production-ready test code: Zod schema contracts, a typed API client, and a full service layer, all auto-generated. Coaching two test automators in SPARTA, making sure the framework outlives my engagement.

Asset Management SPARTA PlaywrightDelivered ~200 data-driven UI and API tests in just two months using the SPARTA framework. Proof that a well-structured framework doesn't slow you down. It speeds you up.

Healthcare IT DigiV Event-DrivenDesigned a test framework for an event-driven DigiV architecture, a fundamentally different challenge from traditional request-response testing. Built CI/CD pipelines for automated chain testing across the full message flow.

Energy Grid Oracle PL/SQL PlaywrightReplaced a legacy FitNesse test suite with a type-safe Playwright framework. The real innovation: code generation for Oracle PL/SQL database testing, ensuring cross-environment consistency without manual mapping.

Pension Administration SPARTA Data-DrivenPension calculation regression testing used to take one month with 4–5 people. After implementing SPARTA: 1.5 hours, fully automated. The framework was operational within two weeks of starting. Architecture-first pays off.
Global Automotive Group
Automotive Outsystems JOSFDiscovered a unique workaround for Outsystems 10 and 11 integration testing that made JOSF the only tool capable of proper end-to-end testing on that platform. Sometimes the breakthrough is finding what nobody else looked for.

Healthcare Staffing C# Scrum MasterStarted as test automator, ended up rebuilding quality from the ground up: fixed mocking anti-patterns in unit tests, rebuilt the SIT framework, introduced AutoFixture for proper test data. Also took on the Scrum Master role when the team needed it.

Logistics Playwright Code CoverageInherited a codebase at 2.6% code coverage. Left it above 50%. Also discovered Playwright here and was so impressed that I rewrote the entire Selenium project to Playwright in my own time. That conviction hasn't changed since.

Food & Logistics Test Pyramid Team LeadReplaced the ice cream cone anti-pattern with a proper test pyramid. Introduced Oracle Express for isolated database integration tests. Grew from individual contributor to Team Lead of 8 people. The reward: daily production releases backed by a CI/CD pipeline the team trusted.

Insurance C# / Selenium AwardWhere it all started. Evolved from infrastructure tester to component tester to test automator. Built my first real automation frameworks in C# with Selenium. The highlight: winning the "Deelnemer Portaal van de Toekomst" award for the team's portal innovation.
